Return Process

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Pack the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring the invoice is included and the product is in its original condition.

  Pickup Arrangement

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package and provide a physical or digital acknowledgment.

  Refund or Exchange Processing

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, we will initiate your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
